The Boundary Association at River Valley Ranch is a 33-unit townhome and condominium neighborhood. It is located on River Valley Ranch Drive adjacent to the golf course and the Crystal River with beautiful views of Mt. Sopris. The Boundary is steps away from all RVR Ranch House amenities, Golf at River Valley Ranch, and the Homestead Restaurant. The townhomes range in size from approximately 2100 to 3600 square feet and the condominiums range in size from approximately 1740 to 2450 square feet.
The Boundary Association is a sub-association to the River Valley Ranch Master Association (“RVRMA”). Boundary owners pay a monthly assessment to RVRMA for Ranch House membership and maintenance of River Valley Ranch common areas. Boundary owners also pay a quarterly assessment, based on unit square footage, to the Boundary Association. The Boundary Association maintains its own operating and reserve budgets to cover common expenses such as landscaping, snow removal, exterior painting, and other exterior maintenance.
